Pricing
Pricing ranges from $4,400 to $5,200, depending on the accommodation type. Shared accommodations are in rooms with two queen beds. Premium accommodations include our Colter Room, Bunkhouse Cabin, and Glamping Tent. These packages are all-inclusive, so the listed cost includes your lodging, meals, and all of the activities, excursions, and events during the retreat. The only things not included in this cost are transportation to the ranch, alcoholic beverages, and any gratuities you wish to leave for your guides or our kitchen staff.

Shared Accommodations: $4,400 per person

Private Standard Accommodations: $5,000 per person
Private Premium Accommodations: $5,200 per person

Our knowledgeable guides are not only skilled equestrians but also experienced in tailoring each ride to match your comfort level. Whether you're a seasoned rider seeking an exhilarating adventure or a novice eager to explore the beauty of the Old West on horseback, our team is dedicated to making your experience safe, enjoyable, and unforgettable. Please note: All participants must be able to mount and dismount their horses without the use of a mounting block.

Travel Information

Traveling to our beautiful ranch is an adventure in itself, offering breathtaking views of Yellowstone National Park and the majestic Beartooth Mountains along some of the most scenic and iconic roads in America.

Transportation to the ranch is included in your package. Guests will be picked up at the Bozeman, Montana airport around midday, where our wildlife guides will welcome you for a scenic journey through Yellowstone National Park. Along the way, you'll enjoy a wildlife safari with opportunities to observe Yellowstone's incredible wildlife, including a drive through the world-famous Lamar Valley, often referred to as America's Serengeti.

Listed below is a tentative itinerary for the retreat:

DAY 1

CHECK-IN & WELCOME DINNER

Our journey kicks off on Monday with a warm ranch welcome. Check into your rooms and get settled before joining is for a welcome dinner. Cap off the evening with the sweet melodies of live music serenading you around the mesmerizing campfire.

DAY 2

EXPLORE THE BEARTOOTHS

Tuesday unfolds as a 'freestyle' day, a delightful smorgasbord of activities awaits! Choose from horseback riding, fly fishing, or kayaking, all under the guidance of our expert instructors. Picture yourself astride a majestic horse, casting a line into crystal-clear waters, or gracefully paddling on the serene lake. The day is yours to explore, experience, and revel in the joys of the great outdoors.

DAY 3

EMBARK INTO YELLOWSTONE

Midweek magic arrives on Wednesday as we traverse the breathtaking landscapes of Yellowstone National Park and the Beartooth Mountains on horseback or try your hand at fly-fishing the renowned waters of Yellowstone, Tailor your experience to match your preferences, creating unique memories and experiences.

DAY 4

REST & RELAX

Thursday invites you to unwind and rejuvenate with a day dedicated to self-care. Indulge in massages and peaceful down time at the ranch. For the nature enthusiasts, an optional 6-mile alpine lake loop hike awaits, exploring the alpine lakes of the Beartooth Mountains.

DAY 5

BACK IN THE SADDLE

As the week progresses into Friday, smaller group excursions will allow for a customized adventure into Yellowstone, Delving deeper into the wonders of Yellowstone and the Beartooth Mountains. Discover new full-day itineraries, ensuring a perfect conclusion to your retreat with the activities that resonate most with you.

DAY 6

CHECK-OUT

Saturday arrives, bidding adieu with a farewell breakfast and heartfelt goodbyes. Reflect on the memories created, friendships forged, and the blissful moments shared at Skyline Guest Ranch, an unforgettable sanctuary where adventure meets relaxation in perfect harmony. Until we meet again!

My mother and I attended the first Women’s Retreat offered at Skyline Guest Ranch with 10 other women, and the trip was perfection from the moment we pulled onto the property. As a family owned and operated business we were made to feel welcome by every person we came in contact with. No details were missed in the room, for meals, or activities that were planned. The owners led by example how the guides/cowboys & cowgirls taught us to ride horses and fly fish, but more importantly to engage with customers in a kind, genuine way. There’s no way to accurately describe the appreciation we have for everything that was done behind the scenes that gave us an experience that will be unable to be duplicated. The horseback riding, fly fishing , and hiking far exceeded our expectations. The guides helped us feel safe and confident in some uncomfortable situations as first timers!
